Q: How quickly do you ship? 
A: We ship everything within 14-21 days (or earlier) unless otherwise stated.

A: We're in Neptune, NJ, USA.

Safety

Q: Are your products safe for my animal?
A: Yes! Everything we make is safe. We do not use any staples, nails or screws. 

Q: What kind of wood do you use?
A: We use Natural Kiln Dried Pine safe to your chinchilla. For rats, degu or sugar gliders, please do your research before purchasing.

Q: If you use glue is it non-toxic?
A: Yes, any glue used is 100% non-toxic wood glue.

Q: Is everything we need shipped with my items?
A: Yes, we install hanger bolts, wingnuts and washers to your items to be ready to use out of the box!

Q: I am new to all this, what do I need?
